A few years ago, if someone asked me where I saw myself, I honestly would not have had a clear answer. But I always had a feeling deep inside that I wanted to build something of my own. Something with meaning.
Today, I run a small fashion business called Fabulouz Fashionz.
It is not a big company yet, but it’s mine and that alone makes me proud. I have been working hard to grow it into one of the best online kurti shopping sites in Kerala, where people can find affordable, beautiful, stylish and comfortable outfits.
When I started handling everything picking styles, talking to customers, and trying to keep the business moving, I realised something important:
A good product is not enough anymore. People need to find you.
That’s what led me to digital marketing.
Why I Got Into Digital Marketing
Because it helps small businesses like mine reach the right people.
In the beginning, I tried learning on my own, through tutorials, trial and error, and watching what other brands were doing online. But soon, I wanted to learn properly and take it seriously.
So I joined CDA Academy to study digital marketing step by step.
I’ve completed the Content Marketing module, which taught me how to create valuable, clear content that tells a brand’s story. Now, I’ve started learning SEO so I can understand how to make content rank better and reach more people on platforms like Google.
The more I learn, the more I want to explore. I’ve started using my new skills in my own brand, and it’s slowly helping me build confidence, not just for myself, but to help others too.
What I am Working Towards
My goal is to become both a confident businesswoman and a freelance digital marketer, someone who understands branding, content, and strategy.
I want to:
- Grow Fabulouz Fashionz into a brand people love and trust.
- Help small businesses with content creation, poster designs, and social media planning.
- Use tools like SEO to improve visibility.
- Keep learning because the digital world is always changing.
From the Heart
I am not perfect. I am still learning.
But I believe that starting small is better than never starting at all.
Every big dream starts with one small decision and I have taken mine.
If you are on a similar journey, learning, building, or just figuring things out I would really love to connect and learn together.
